“As a former student-athlete and someone who thrives on being part of a team, I believe everyone is a leader. The work our team does to identify and strengthen behaviors that make everyone a catalytic leader can change the trajectory of an individual’s life and career and have a lasting positive impact on the success of a specific team or an organization.”
