Toni McEwan

For more than 20 years, Toni has excelled in leading complex cross-functional teams in commercial sales, project management, strategic marketing, HR, and executive leadership for organizations including Dow Chemical, Corteva Agriscience, and Prolific.

Toni began her career at Dow Chemical in B2B corporate sales serving executives at 3M, Abbott Laboratories, Bemis Manufacturing, and a host of others.  The next decade of Toni’s career was focused on strategic project management and product marketing in rapidly growing markets including Healthcare, Appliances, Automotive, and consumer goods. Driven by a desire to see her skills have a direct and tangible impact on society, Toni pivoted and dedicated her career to the global Agriculture market.  For the next 12 years, Toni provided significant thought leadership and strategic focus to launching global products in the Seed, Chemical and Biologicals business.  A highlight of her leadership experience includes leading the $75MM business unit for Dow AgroSciences in the UK & Ireland.  Most recently, Toni led the consulting practice at Prolific, a growth firm headquartered in Indianapolis.

Toni is an expert at navigating and facilitating executives through strategic and complex issues.  She is most energized by seeing leadership development come to life in board rooms, executive discussions, and workshops when highly capable leaders have moments of clarity.

In addition to her corporate endeavors, Toni is dedicated to serving the local community. She has served on a wide range of nonprofit boards, as well as in the local church leading discipleship groups, kids ministry and even teaching fitness classes. Toni’s passion to serve is rooted in her deep desire to all leaders and organizations thrive through leadership alignment and mission clarity.

An Indianapolis native, Toni graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame. She loves traveling both in the U.S. and around the world, having seen more than 25 countries. Toni enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and daughter, hiking and exploring the national parks.
