She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a certified leadership coach. Jerry has spent more than 30 years as a Human Resources executive, change agent, educator, and psychologist, including senior HR leadership roles at Dow Chemical and Dow AgroSciences in the U.S. and Asia.
