I take great pride in building true partnerships with clients to help them achieve their goals through effective talent strategy. This starts with a healthy, well-defined culture, excellent communication design, and a focus on applying individual strengths throughout the organization. Every organization is unique, and the Catalyst Effect’s approach of “leading from wherever you are” is a highly impactful model to achieve client goals.
