Kristin Dulaney

Online Business Manager

The first word people use to describe Kristin is “organized.” She enjoys working administratively with the Catalyst Effect to help make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Kristin began her career working in disability rights where she gained experience in project management, executive assistance, and advocacy. She has also worked as the director of a non-profit cooperative preschool and serves as the Assistant Treasurer of the PTA for her children’s public school.

When she is not on the computer, Kristin enjoys playing board games and studying improvisational comedy. With her husband, Mike, the couple is the fourth generation to live in their family’s home in Indianapolis and they are proud to be raising the fifth generation there.

“Education does not conclude when school ends. Leaders who invest in learning about themselves, their teams, and best practices make the biggest impact – not just in their companies, but also in their people. The Catalyst Effect allows anyone at any level to experience the impact of enlightened leadership.”
