The Catalyst Effect resonates with me because it embodies the same leadership traits and principles that shaped me as a Marine Corps officer. It reminds us that leadership isn’t defined by position or authority—it’s defined by character, service, and the positive impact we have on others. Those principles transcend every profession and provide a timeless framework for helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
