Patricia Saint believes that developing trust in our professional and personal relationships is the glue that sparks positive, long-lasting change. 

As a dynamic organizational change leader, consultant, and executive coach, Patricia has over 30 years of Fortune 500 corporate management experience in Information Technology (IT) strategic transformation, portfolio and project management, supply chain operations, and human resources management – primarily in healthcare, consulting, plus aviation-regulated industries.  The companies include:  Roche Diagnostics, Eli Lilly and Company, CACI, Inc., and Ryder System, Inc.  Leading a dual career, Pat is a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and embeds servant leadership into her coaching practice. 

Patricia is a certified Master Coach, a Conflict Management Coach, a Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) and a Prosci® Change Practitioner. She has developed and led numerous cross-functional team and group coaching workshops that focus on organizational change effectiveness, stakeholder management, and the importance of neuroscience behind our conversations to minimize conflict and to instill trust.  She has been a guest speaker at CAMP IT conferences and the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) events in Chicago, Illinois as well as the Project Management Institute Chapter and the CIO Network in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Additionally, she is a graduate of Indiana University, Kelley School of Business and the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. 

Patricia is an author and enjoys traveling, hiking, and family gatherings. Through her professional and military service, Patricia has traveled throughout North America, Europe and  South America.
