Ruth Wolff
Senior Consultant
Ruth Wolff’s best days are when things are running like clockwork. Her passion is for setting up processes that work for the people who use them.
Her experience is derived from a variety of opportunities in the arts community of Indianapolis, from the administrative leadership of a small arts organization to managing the operational needs of a large department within the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. In addition to operations, her work involved day-to-day program management, marketing, fundraising, project and event management, and customer service. Ruth enjoys observing the everyday experiences of patrons, donors, volunteers, and colleagues to find easier and more productive ways of working together.
Beyond the workday, Ruth enjoys a variety of crafts, gardening, board games, biking, and spending time with her family. She’s a volunteer with her older daughter at IndyHumane, the whole family is learning to play the cello, and all enjoy rock climbing together.
