Samantha Hahn

Samantha thrives in helping streamline processes to make companies and organizations more efficient in order to better support their mission-based work. Her work with The Catalyst Effect keeps our systems running smoothly. Whether it be launching assessments, processing paperwork, or getting clients the resources they need – Samantha is there to lend a helping hand.

Samantha spent the beginning of her career working in the non-profit world with a primary focus on engagement and philanthropic endeavors. Her work involved multiple organization-wide launches of new programs, recreating longstanding system structures, and securing multiple national partnerships.

She has a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies with a minor in Leadership and Civic Engagement. She is a Midwest transplant originally from the west coast but loves calling Indy home. Outside of work, she loves to cook and bake, try out local restaurants, and go for hikes with her husband.
